- Customized or bulk orders may require additional production time.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

AF Glass ships products across India and also supports international export orders. Shipping availability depends on the destination and courier service.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, package size, weight, and shipping method.
- Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout or shared in the quotation for bulk and export orders.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Within India: 3–10 Business Days
- International Orders: 7–30 Business Days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipment details and tracking information (where applicable) via email or phone.
6. Packaging
As glass products are fragile, every order is packed using high-quality protective materials and export-grade packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
- Inspect the package before accepting delivery.
- Take clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. AF Glass is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

- Courier service disruptions
- Other unforeseen circumstances

Bulk and export shipments are scheduled according to production timelines, product availability, and shipping arrangements. Delivery dates will be communicated during the order confirmation process.
