Thank you for choosing AF Glass. We are committed to providing high-quality handcrafted glass products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product delivered is significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • Returned with the original packaging and accessories.
  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
  • Products showing signs of use.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective).
  • Bulk or export orders, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order number.
  • Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  • Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.

4. Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund if:

  • The product is damaged during shipping.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect.

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Customized and bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), AF Glass will provide instructions regarding the return shipment.

For any other approved return, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Bulk & Export Orders

Returns, refunds, and replacements for bulk or international export orders are handled according to the agreed quotation, purchase order, or export contract.
